Summary at a glance

The dashboard carries 17 health scores and a biological age estimate on top of the raw marker values, so the lab report and the summary are two different documents.

The FAQ confirms you can download or delete your data at any time, but it names no file format, so check what the download gives you before an appointment.

Sharing with an outside doctor runs through the Superpower concierge team, which says it replies within 1 business day or less.

A Trustpilot reviewer in July 2026 described the AI summary naming deficiencies the Quest lab results did not support, so read the lab report next to the summary.

The $349/yr membership covers two panels a year, so a change you make after the first draw shows up when the retest lands.

This guide reports what Superpower publishes about delivering, downloading and sharing results, plus aggregated user sentiment from public reviews. We have not used Superpower first-hand and have not seen a member's results. Biomarker values covering liver, kidney, heart, hormone and energy-related markers need clinical context, and a value inside or outside a reference range is not a diagnosis. Nothing here interprets an individual marker or recommends a treatment. Talk with a licensed clinician before acting on any panel result or changing medication or supplements. Delivery facts were checked against Superpower's FAQ in September 2026 and may change.

TL;DR: what to do first with your Superpower results

Your Superpower results land in your dashboard about a week after the annual blood draw superpower.com. A text message tells you the moment they are ready. Open the dashboard first. Read the summary beside each marker value and save your own copy. Then take the lab report to a doctor who knows your history.

The membership runs $349/yr and covers two panels a year, each testing 150+ biomarkers superpower.com.

Superpower's own FAQ describes the membership as something built to work alongside a primary care doctor. The dashboard turns your markers into plain-language summaries and scores. Those summaries are where a conversation starts. The underlying lab report is the document a clinician will want in front of them.

You have a Superpower panel back and want to act on it without over-reading a single number.

Superpower processes the annual panel in about a week and texts you when it lands in the dashboard. The FAQ says you can download your data at any time, and the concierge team handles sending results to an outside provider.

How Superpower delivers results

Superpower processes the lab panel in about 5 to 10 days. The FAQ says results arrive in 10 days or less, and the company texts you as soon as results become available in your dashboard superpower.com. Other kinds of tests can run on different windows, so an add-on panel may land separately from the rest. Results live in your dashboard, and the text message is the notification that they are there. The concierge team handles scheduling and coordination of tests, which is who to ask when a draw runs late.

That week covers processing, so a rescheduled draw moves everything with it.

How to read your Superpower results

Start with the lab values, then read what the dashboard says about them.

Each blood marker comes back as a number next to a reference range. A reference range is the band of values a lab sees across a broad population. Your own sensible target can sit somewhere else in that band, which is a question for a clinician who knows your history. Superpower layers its own view on top: the dashboard carries 17 health scores and a biological age estimate alongside the raw markers, plus an AI health chat you can ask about what you are looking at superpower.com.

That layer is what one reviewer singled out on Trustpilot in July 2026: "The platform was not just showing me labs like a couple other platforms out there... It was giving me a better look at the full picture of my health." trustpilot.com

Read the summary and the values together, because one tells you what Superpower makes of your panel and the other is what the lab measured.

How to export or download your results

Superpower answers the ownership question directly. "You do. You can download or delete your data at any time." superpower.com

What the FAQ does not do is name a file format. The page says nothing about a PDF, a CSV or a records export, so check what the download gives you inside your account. People ask the same thing before they buy. Under a YouTube review of the service read in June 2026, one commenter asked: "Can you download the actual results of the 150 biomarkers?" youtube.com

Ask the concierge which format the download gives you, well before the appointment.

Save your own copy each time a panel lands. That way your record does not depend on keeping the membership open.

How to share results with your doctor

The concierge team handles sharing with an outside provider. The FAQ says Superpower is happy to help you share any test results with an outside provider so you receive well-rounded medical care superpower.com. That matters when your GP or a specialist wants the source document. Give the concierge the provider's name and contact details, and say which panel you want sent. Ask for the lab report alongside the dashboard summary.

Superpower says concierge responses come within 1 business day or less.

Put the provider, the clinic and the panel in your first message to the concierge. On a one business day reply cycle, a second round trip costs you two days.

What to do next: turning results into a plan

Results are a baseline, and the value shows up in what you compare them against later.

Take the report to a clinician who knows your history, so they can read it against your symptoms and your medication. Keep each year's numbers in one place, because a slow drift only shows when you see the panels side by side.

Agree a retest cadence with a clinician. Superpower says it specialises in prevention-based testing and treatments superpower.com.

The membership covers two panels a year (baseline plus retest), and extra tests carry their own price with member pricing on add-ons superpower.com.

Superpower says its service is not intended for emergency or immediate health issues. Treat anything acute as a same-day matter for a doctor or an emergency service.

What users struggle with after results

Three problems come up once the numbers are in hand.

The sharpest is trusting the summary. One Trustpilot review was published on 29 July 2026. The reviewer wrote that the AI bot reported their results inaccurately.

The summary named deficiencies the Quest results did not support. The reviewer's advice: "So beware and compare the actual lab report to the bot's summaries of your test results." trustpilot.com Read both documents side by side.

Where they disagree, take the lab report to a clinician.

The second is follow-up testing. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote in June 2026: "I'd love more options for individual follow up tests to track my progression, but hopefully that will come soon." trustpilot.com

The third is the wait between a change and the proof it worked. The membership includes two panels a year, so a change made after the first draw sits unmeasured until the retest. Day-to-day tracking has to come from elsewhere.

How we researched this guide

We have not used Superpower ourselves, and nothing here is a first-hand account of receiving results.

This guide reads three sources plus Superpower's own product pages. The company FAQ, captured on 14 September 2026, supplies every delivery fact above: the one-week turnaround, the text notification, the data download and concierge sharing. On Trustpilot we read the 40 most recent reviews in full, published between 20 May and 29 July 2026, out of 294 reviews on the company's page. One YouTube review of the service supplied a single comment, read in June 2026.

What we did not read is worth saying too. We read no Reddit threads for this guide. Superpower has no Google Play listing, so there are no Android reviews. The Trustpilot page skews heavily to five-star reviews. We leaned on the specific complaints.
