Summary at a glance
A result Rythm flags as critical or abnormal is yours to act on by contacting your primary care provider, because Rythm does not diagnose, treat or prescribe.
You download your results as a PDF or a CSV from the Health Records tab, and you can share them from the Results tab as a link.
Every biomarker card explains what the marker measures and what your result may mean, and you can ask the AI Coach about any of them while your subscription is active.
Results for samples you already submitted still arrive after you cancel, though AI Coach access stops with the subscription.
One published tester who compared a Rythm panel against her regular bloodwork reported a testosterone result well above it.
This guide explains how Rythm Health delivers, formats and exports blood test results. It is not medical advice, and it does not interpret your individual biomarkers. Blood markers across hormones, metabolic health, heart health, liver and kidney function need a qualified clinician to read them in the context of your history, symptoms and medication. A result flagged as out of range or critical is a reason to contact your primary care provider, not to start, stop or change any treatment on your own.
TL;DR: what to do first with your Rythm Health results
Your Rythm Health results appear in the app within 48 hours of your sample starting processing, and a text and an email tell you they are ready. Open the Results tab, read the explanation attached to each biomarker, then download the PDF or CSV from Health Records so you have a copy your doctor can read rythmhealth.com.
That order matters.
The dashboard is built to be read on its own. The download is what travels.
One thing to hold onto before you scroll. Rythm states plainly that it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The dashboard tells you what a marker is. An out-of-range flag is a reason to ask your doctor a question.
You have a Rythm panel back and want to act on it without over-reading a single number.
Read the dashboard first, then download the PDF and take it to your own doctorEvery biomarker in the Rythm dashboard carries its own explanation, and the Health Records tab exports the same results as a PDF or CSV you can print or share with any clinician.
How Rythm Health delivers results
Results are available within 48 hours once your sample begins processing, and Rythm notifies you by text and email with a link. You can also log in and open the Results tab whenever you like rythmhealth.com.
Reviewers often get them sooner. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote that "Results came in literally 36 hours after taking my test and customer support is quick & easy to respond". Another said "The process was quick, simple and easy. My results came back sooner than the 72 hour period" trustpilot.com.
The panel itself repeats.
A $79/mo subscription, plus shipping and tax, buys one panel every 30 days, and the vendor's own headline for the panel is 25+ biomarkers rythmhealth.com.
Rythm runs the samples through CLIA-certified laboratories using FDA-cleared instruments. Nobody at Rythm sits down with your numbers, though. The guidance in the app is AI-generated, and Rythm says it does not replace medical care.
Rythm collector held against the upper armHow to read your Rythm Health results
Start with the biomarker cards. Each one tells you what the marker measures, what your result may mean, and lifestyle habits that may help support healthy levels. You can ask the AI Coach about any of them while your subscription is active rythmhealth.com. The results are grouped into Hormone Balance, Metabolic Efficiency and Heart Health, and each value is marked optimal, average or out of range. A Rythm Score and a Biological Age appear after your second collection geekmamas.com.
Those bands are general reference ranges.
Where a value falls outside one, Rythm's own explanation of that biomarker is the place to start, and your doctor is the place to finish.
Rythm also flags critical values. The FAQ is direct about what that means. A result marked critical or abnormal is yours to act on by contacting your primary care provider or another qualified clinician.
Rythm app showing biological age and overall scoreHow to export or download your Rythm Health results
Log in to the Rythm dashboard and go to the Health Records tab. Select Download to save your results as a PDF or CSV.
Take the PDF to appointments, and the CSV if you want your own history in a spreadsheet.
Do this before you change anything about your plan. Results for samples you have already submitted still arrive after you cancel. That includes samples collected with kits you already hold. AI Coach access stops with the subscription, though rythmhealth.com.
The PDF and CSV both live under Health Records, not under Results. The Results tab is where you read and share; Health Records is where you download.
How to share your Rythm Health results with your doctor
You have two routes. The downloaded file is one. Rythm says "You can print or share these files with any clinician you choose, helping you keep your health information organized for more productive conversations" rythmhealth.com.
The other is a link. Open the Results tab and click Share. Select Create link to generate it. The vendor compares the result to sharing a Google Doc, and says your results stay private and reach only the people you send the link to.
Whether your doctor uses the numbers is their call.
Rythm acknowledges that acceptance of outside results varies between providers, and that your doctor may order additional testing based on your own health needs.
Bring your most recent reference-lab report to the same appointment. Your clinician can then read the two sets of numbers side by side rather than in isolation.
What to do next: turning your results into a plan
Give the data time. A single panel is a snapshot. Rythm withholds its Score and Biological Age until a second collection is in. Two or three months of the same markers tell you far more than month one does.
Keep the exports. A folder of PDFs is the record you will want at your next appointment, and it survives a cancelled subscription.
Then book the conversation.
Bring the report and your questions, and let your clinician decide what is worth retesting and how often.
For anything that will drive a real decision, keep using a reference lab. One published tester who compared a Rythm panel against her regular bloodwork reported a testosterone result well above it.

Blood work, scans, test results, medical reports — finally in one place and connected to how you actually feel. aelívra tracks biomarkers and health records over time, so you can see what's trending in the right direction and walk into your next appointment knowing exactly what to discuss.
What users struggle with after their Rythm results arrive
The reading experience splits people.
One Trustpilot reviewer put the AI ahead of a much larger competitor, writing "I liked AI interpretation better than Function Health".
Others get stuck on the presentation. One reviewer wrote "I think Rythm needs to work on how they color code optimal readings to out of range". The same review says Rythm needs to explain why a biological age changes by six months between tests trustpilot.com.
The bigger one is hormones. In a published tester review from May 2026, the writer compared a Rythm panel against her regular bloodwork. Most of it matched, but her "testosterone level came back unnaturally high". Her prescribing doctor told her that at-home blood tests are notoriously inaccurate when trying to test testosterone levels in women geekmamas.com.
That is one reported experience, and no measured error rate exists. It is still a good reason to keep reference-lab testing for hormone decisions, and to use the monthly panel for watching your own trend.
Rythm wordmark on a near-black backgroundHow we researched this guide
We have not used Rythm Health first-hand.
Nothing here describes receiving or acting on our own results.
Every delivery fact here comes from Rythm's own FAQ, read in full on 14 September 2026. That covers turnaround, notifications, the Health Records download, the share link and what happens after you cancel rythmhealth.com. Pricing and panel details come from the Rythm product pages.
The user experiences come from two places. The first is 258 Trustpilot reviews collected on 29 July 2026, out of 2,232 on that listing. Read them with one caveat. 238 of the 258 arrived through review invitations sent by the company, so the positive volume is prompted trustpilot.com.
The second is one published tester review from May 2026, written by someone who bought the kit herself and compared the results against her own lab work. She earns a credit on referrals, so read her recommendation with that in mind.
There are no app-store reviews to add, because Rythm runs as a web app with no store listing.
