Mito Health is a US blood testing service you order from directly, with no referral or insurance claim. You pick a panel or build your own cart from what Mito describes as more than 1,000 labs, scans and at-home kits mitohealth.com.
The draw happens at a Quest, Labcorp or BioReference centre. A phlebotomist comes to you for a flat $99 in most states.
Most results land within three days, reviewed by a clinician before the action plan is finalised. Results sit in a health vault with trends, a biological age score and a chat tool called Mito Concierge.
Mito ships no mobile app, so care runs through the website and a members portal. Mito measures no HRV and tracks no sleep. You can log wearable readings into the Concierge chat, but Mito produces none of its own.

What are the most common Mito Health complaints?
The sharpest criticism of Mito is about whether a person ever looks at the results.
The only critical review on Trustpilot's first page is a four-star one from August 2026. "The results were extremely thorough but felt entirely AI in nature", it reads au.trustpilot.com. The reviewer expected vetting by an actual clinician and could not sense one. Mito's co-founder replied in public, promising to work on it.
A Reddit user who says they are a lawyer wrote in October 2025 that Mito's chief medical officer is not licensed in the US reddit.com. Eight replies followed. None confirmed it, and we verified no licence either way.
The public record is thin. As of September 2025, a comparison thread with Mito in its title ran to nineteen comments without one first-hand account reddit.com. One reply said "No experience with Mito, cannot comment."
