Paloma Health is a US telehealth practice that treats hypothyroidism and nothing else. Its own site calls it solely dedicated to hypothyroidism care.
Three things come in the package. An at-home finger-prick kit measuring TSH, free T4, free T3 and TPO antibodies. Video visits with clinicians working only in thyroid care. An app holding your symptom log and lab history side by side.
Nothing about it is a wearable.
There is no HRV metric and no wearable import on any Paloma page. No sleep tracking either. Sleep and stress appear as content topics, not as anything the product measures.
Members describe lab orders sent to LabCorp and prescriptions routed to their pharmacy.

Insurance helps with visits, usually not the kit.
Paloma is in network with UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Aetna and Blue Cross. A visit can then run at your copay. Most insurers do not cover the kit, per the vendor.
Users report the all-in figure landing past the headline. One Trustpilot reviewer in May 2026 itemised $480 for an appointment and labs, plus $60 for medication trustpilot.com. User-quoted prices are historical; the rates above are Paloma's, checked July 2026.

What do users like about Paloma Health?
The Reddit threads keep landing on the same things. People feel believed, and they get seen fast.
Most of these people spent years hearing their labs were normal. One member wrote that she cried in her first appointment because for once she felt heard reddit.com. She also posts her own referral link there, so weigh it accordingly.
In a November 2025 thread, a member describes being treated with a TSH inside range. Their antibodies came down by a hundred in a couple of months reddit.com.
Speed matters just as much.

What are the most common Paloma Health complaints?
The sharpest complaint mirrors the loudest praise. Symptomatic people whose TSH sits inside the reference range report being turned away.
One member put it plainly in September 2025. Paloma's ads led them to believe they would still get help with borderline results, and they did not reddit.com. Back in April 2025, another was blocked from booking outright because their TSH read normal reddit.com.
Paloma will not maintain a dose that suppresses TSH, and that rule is company-wide. Members stable for years on desiccated thyroid report being cut back at the first visit reddit.com. One member who left for Allara found the same line there, so it looks like a category norm.
The same May 2026 Trustpilot reviewer says Paloma later emailed to confirm it does not offer T3-only therapy at all trustpilot.com.
Then there is the software. The Android app sits at 3.0 stars, against 4.7 on iOS. Reviewers describe crashes mid-form, login failures after updates, and screens that never load play.google.com. Several pair that with warm words about the care.
A July 2026 App Store reviewer says a Paloma provider recommended an iron infusion, then refused to sign it apps.apple.com. Hypothyroid symptoms overlap with iron deficiency and perimenopause, so thyroid-only is a real ceiling.
Refunds are hard once anything has been used.
If you are stable on desiccated thyroid or a T3 dose that suppresses your TSH, ask about Paloma's dosing policy before you pay. Members report being cut back at the first visit.

If you expect HRV or sleep data, Paloma measures neither.
Cancel before your first visit and a $15 fee applies. Cancel mid-term after using services and you repay non-member rates for them.
