Members praise the care team more than the labs. The subject that keeps coming back is a named Longevity Specialist who answers quickly and records a video walkthrough of the bloodwork.

Geviti's Android app tells a different story. It holds 2.7 out of 5 across 9 Google Play reviews play.google.com. Of the three written Google Play reviews, the April 2026 one says the app does not show the member's own data at a glance. The May 2026 reviewer writes that "the app is glitchy, slow, & takes multiple tries to start." That same reviewer recommends the blood panel.
The most recent Trustpilot review, posted in September 2026, disputes what the membership covers: "I Was sold based on their website that I would receive customized supplements based on my bloodwork with them as part of my membership all included in my membership.
