What Do Joi and Blokes Customers Say?
Two records exist for this company and they disagree. Trustpilot is warm about the consultation. The BBB file and Reddit are angry about the transaction. Both are true, because they describe different stages of the same purchase.
A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 10 September 2026: "They are listening! Finally a doctor that takes the time to listen to my symptoms and look over my labs and explain why I feel the way I do." trustpilot.com That theme, being heard after a regular doctor brushed the symptoms aside, runs through nearly every five-star review read.
The labs get credit on price as well. A Reddit commenter with no insurance said the panel "was like $150 cheaper than going directly through Quest" reddit.com.
Now the other half. A BBB complaint filed on 17 August 2026 says the company charged a debit card "nearly $1,000 for products I didnt order or authorize", and that the customer portal "doesnt allow to delete my payment method" bbb.org. Joi replied to the matching Trustpilot review and said the charges had been corrected.
A second complaint, filed on 23 July 2026, says the no-refunds policy "is not noted anywhere on their site". Nine complaints in three years is a small number against 1,420 Trustpilot reviews. Read that 1,420 with care: Trustpilot merged two of the company's own listings, so it is not one continuous record. Three of the nine sit unanswered, and they are the three most recent ones.
